Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using 8abd. By accessing or using the 8abd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 8abd online gaming platform, accessible at https://8abd.app ("the Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and 8abd ("the Operator", "we", "us"). You must be 21 or older to register and use 8abd. Age verification may be required at any time.
Each user may hold only one active 8abd account. Duplicate accounts will result in suspension and forfeiture of funds.

All bonuses carry wagering requirements. Bonus terms are published on the promotions page and must be met before withdrawal.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 8abd will never ask for your password via chat, email, or SMS.
Fraud, collusion, or exploitation of software errors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Clause 1: Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to register and use the 8abd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as you hold an 8abd account:
- You are at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is absolute and admits no exceptions.
- You are acting as an individual on your own behalf and are not a registered agent, employee, partner, or affiliate of 8abd or any of its service providers.
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
- You are using only personal funds that belong to you and that have not been sourced from illegal activities.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from 8abd or had an 8abd account closed for cause at any time.
Clause 2: Account Registration & Management
To use the core features of the 8abd Platform, including placing bets, playing games, and making deposits or withdrawals, you must register a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:
- A valid Bangladeshi mobile number that is active and in your personal possession. This number becomes your primary 8abd login identifier.
- A unique, secure password that you have not used on other platforms. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- Your date of birth, which must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
- Any additional verification information 8abd may request to satisfy its internal KYC and anti-fraud requirements.
Each individual user is permitted to hold one and only one 8abd account at any given time. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If 8abd detects that a user holds more than one account, all accounts associated with that user will be suspended immediately. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full. The net balance remaining in the accounts after deducting bonus funds will be assessed by 8abd and returned at the Operator's sole discretion following internal review.
Clause 3: Deposits & Withdrawals
8abd accepts deposits via the following methods available to Bangladesh players. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. 8abd does not accept deposits from third parties, shared accounts, or anonymous payment sources. The following rules apply to all deposits made on the 8abd Platform:
- Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the deposit screen.
- 8abd does not charge a deposit processing fee. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply its own transaction charges. These charges are not applied by 8abd and are not refundable by 8abd.
- Deposits are credited to your 8abd account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Under normal circumstances, bKash and Nagad deposits credit within 60 seconds of the transaction being completed.
- 8abd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any deposit, particularly for large or unusual transactions. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the deposit being held or returned.
Withdrawal requests on the 8abd Platform are subject to the following conditions. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. 8abd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- A minimum account verification (KYC) check must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. 8abd may request a copy of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification document.
- Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 15 to 30 minutes for USDT, subject to network confirmation times. Processing times during peak periods such as BPL final nights may be longer.
- Active bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money balances that are clear of any bonus rollover obligations may be withdrawn.
- 8abd reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request prior to processing. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any accusation against the player.
Clause 4: Bonuses & Promotions
8abd offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered, as well as these general bonus conditions:
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier (e.g. 15x, 20x, 25x) is stated on the individual promotion page.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through the use of duplicate accounts or shared payment methods is a violation of these Terms.
- 8abd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to modify bonus terms with reasonable notice posted on the Platform. Bonuses that have already been accepted and are in active use at the time of any change are not retroactively affected.
- Free spins issued as part of a promotion are subject to the free spin terms stated on the relevant promotion page, including any maximum win cap that applies to free spin winnings.
- 8abd reserves the right to void any bonus and to confiscate associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was obtained or used in bad faith, in breach of these Terms, or through any form of fraudulent activity.
Clause 5: Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on the 8abd Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules that apply to the relevant market or product:
- A bet is confirmed only when 8abd has accepted it and a confirmation reference is displayed to the player. Bets that are pending confirmation due to technical issues are not valid until formally accepted by the system.
- 8abd reserves the right to cancel any bet that was placed at an incorrectly displayed price due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's account in full.
- In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or cancelled at any time by 8abd's trading team in response to significant event developments, such as the dismissal of a key batsman in a cricket match or injury of a key player. In-play decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
- Winnings from settled bets are credited to the player's 8abd account balance as soon as the relevant event is officially settled. Settlement times vary by sport and market type.
All casino games, live dealer games, crash games, fish shooting games, and slots available on 8abd are provided by certified third-party game providers. The following rules apply to all casino and game activity on the Platform:
- The outcome of all games is determined by the game provider's certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system. 8abd does not control or influence game outcomes in any way.
- In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the game provider's server-side records are the authoritative source of truth for the round outcome. 8abd will process the outcome as recorded by the provider's system.
- Any malfunction of a game that results in an incorrect display of odds, payouts, or outcomes voids all play for the affected round. Stakes for the affected round will be returned to players in full.
Clause 6: Responsible Gaming
8abd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all users of the Platform. Online gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment. Available responsible gaming tools on 8abd include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and result in the immediate suspension of the account for the elected exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded may not circumvent the exclusion by opening a new account. Doing so is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.
Clause 7: Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 8abd Platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and 8abd reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where applicable under Bangladesh law:
- Creating, operating, or using multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under assumed or third-party identities.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including through the coordinated use of in-play betting positions.
- Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to generate winnings that would not ordinarily be achievable under normal operating conditions.
- Using automated betting scripts, bots, or any software tool that interacts with the 8abd Platform without the express prior written consent of 8abd.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal source. 8abd is required by its internal compliance procedures to report suspicious financial activity.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8abd customer support staff or other platform users through any communication channel, including in-platform chat or support ticket systems.
Clause 8: Account Suspension & Termination
8abd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without advance notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct outlined in Clause 7.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, underage use, or money laundering, pending investigation and verification.
- A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder through the responsible gaming tools or directly through the support team.
- A legal or regulatory requirement or court order directing 8abd to restrict or close the account.
Clause 9: Privacy & Data Protection

By registering an 8abd account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 8abd uses SSL encryption to protect all personal data and financial information transmitted between your device and the 8abd Platform. Clause 10: Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8abd's liability to any user arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform is limited as follows:
- 8abd is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from technical failures, server downtime, connectivity issues, or any interruption to the Platform's availability, whether or not such interruption was foreseeable.
- 8abd does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. 8abd will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance periods.
- 8abd accepts no liability for losses arising from a user's reliance on information displayed on the Platform that was incorrect due to a data feed error, third-party content error, or technical malfunction. In all such cases, the authoritative record is 8abd's own server-side transaction log.
- 8abd's total cumulative liability to any user for any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the 12 months preceding the date of the claim.
Clause 11: Amendments to These Terms
8abd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to the Terms, 8abd will publish a notice on the Platform indicating that the Terms have been updated and will display the revised effective date at the top of this page.
